We will pick up your area rugs, inspect them, extract whatever water, soot may on be on your area rugs, deep clean them, sanitize, deodorize, re-wash them, steam and dry then, finally we will deliver them smelling fresh and clean. This method ensures that your area rug will be free of water and soot. Almost the same goes for our carpet cleaning service with any flood or fire damage; the only difference is we do the cleaning in your home. We do recommend keeping the carpet cleaned room ventilated for 48 hours; We also recommend not stepping on your carpet for 24 hours.

Upholstery Water / Fire Damage

Upholstery and furniture cleaning after Water and Fire damage are demanding. We have to extract the water or soot out, deep vacuum it, shampoo clean, deodorize, sanitize, re-clean and dry it. We do recommend keeping the upholstery ventilated for 48 hours; we also recommend not sitting or sleeping on your Upholstery and furniture for at least 24 hours. We offer our Organic Cleaning for all Upholstery Water and Fire Damaged cleaning.

Curtains & Drapes Damage

All Water and Fire Damage Draperies, Curtains and all Hard or soft window covering are cleaned in our facility. We do an intense but safe cleaning, and for that reason, it must be picked up. It usually takes about 10 days for your Drapes, Curtain and any Window Covering to be re-delivered. We check for any insects that may have crawled through the crevices of the fabrics and remove and clean that area before the rest of the Window Covering is cleaned. We then hang them to dry while steaming them to straight out the creases. After that step performed, there is one final inspection, if all checked out well one of our representatives will contact you for an appointment for delivery/installation.

Mold & Mildew Damage

We treat, remove and prevent Mold and Mildew for all Area Rugs, Carpet, Upholstery, Furniture, Bedding, Linens and Window Coverings. After any water or fire damage, you might notice a foul smell through your home, that is mildew, if that is not taking care of the same day you will start to see yellowish/blackish mold starting to grow on your walls and the edges of your carpets. Once that happens - call us, A and B Carpet NY to remove and clean it. We will even spray a spray to prevent any further mold or mildew.
